I usually don’t really buy trading figures, since they are almost always guaranteed to be disappointing in some way. But these ones are different. Well, the Aria ones are pretty standard as far as trading figures go, but I really like Aria and have had no luck finding normal figures from that series so this just had to do. The Idolm@ster trading figures, however, are really sweet (not surprising seeing as they are made by Alter) and are almost like mini versions of larger figures, which is good because the normal figures of Idolm@ster I like are a bit too expensive.

i’ve shied away from trading figures… but the ikki tousen set and gsc smile 800 vip set both caught my eye… (not to mention i’m a big softie for complete sets ^^;;) But I also have terrible luck when it comes to random figures… 5 lucky star nendoroid puchis and not 1 hiiragi sister ;_; (all i wanted was kagami! orz)

As for trading figures, I usually don’t get them unless I am REALLY into something. I’d heard about the great quality of the Idolm@ster ones though so I had to get one…and then a couple more lol.
I usually have awful luck with trading figures though…the Idolm@ster ones were unusual luck
Although I did get some good Lucky Star ones (not Puchi Nendoroids)… I also have all of one set of Moetan ones, too.
Idolmaster trading figures are quite nice for the size and price
but the Aria ones , especialy Alicia , looks scary :’(
@ James – Yeah! As for the Aria ones…yes, they are kinda weird looking. They aren’t TOO bad though, I’d say they are along the lines of normal trading figure quality.
The idolmasters are nice.. I want to get them too!
